This bowl is made from a local Cherry tree. The dark color is due to the natural oxidation patina cherry is know for. Would make a great catchall bowl by your front door, or on the kitchen table as a fruit bowl.  All pieces are  made by me in my woodshop in Louisville, Kentucky.  The dimensions for the Cherry bowl is 8'' in diameter, and 2 1\2 ''  deep.
