Shipping and Handling
Here at Bluegrass Bowls, we ship all in-stock merchandise as soon as possible. Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days unless otherwise arranged. For standard shipping within the US, allow for 5-7 days after your item has shipped for arrival. Shipping is through UPS and/or the US Postal Service in the US (unless other arrangements have been made). International Orders are shipped through UPS.
What if I am not satisfied with Bluegrass Bowls?
At Bluegrass Bowls, we are confident you will love your newly purchased handmade bowl or rustic item. However, should you find there's something about the piece that doesn't quite work for you, we accept exchanges only within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in the same condition they were sold under and be returned with a copy of your receipt or invoice.
Where does your wood come from?
The wood used to create all our wooden products is locally sourced from Louisville, Kentucky in the United States of America. We pride ourselves in saving old growth trees from tree services and area landfills. The beauty in these old trees needs to be preserved and passed on for everyone to enjoy. Reclaiming Nature's Beauty isn't just a slogan, it's a way of life..
