This bowl is made from the Red Maple tree. Would be a great candy dish, or as a catch all for your front entry way door.  Each piece is handmade from local reclaimed wood. Made by me in my woodshop in louisville, Kentucky.  The dimensions for the Maple bowl is 7 3\4'' in diameter, and 2  1\2'' deep.
